We do not take deposit , and ask for a credit card number to secure and confirm reservation.

FOR GROUPS

If you book more than 3 rooms , we require 50 % deposit on booking and settlement of rooms 15 days before arrival .

FOR EXCLUSIVITY OF THE CHATEAU 

We ask you to confirm  with a 1st  deposit of one night rental of all rooms. 90 days before arrival a  2nd deposit is required and is the equivalent of the additional nights  that you have booked. 3 weeks before arrival a 3rd deposit equivalent to the meals ordered at château de Saint Paterne .

FOR DISABLE PERSON

The chateau is not equiped for disable person. However we have a room on the ground floor, with a walking shower which can welcome people with difficulty walking.

All reservations are kept until 6 p.m. Please let us know if you intend to arrive later than this hour.

Arrival

We will do everything possible to ensure that your bedroom is ready as early as possible. However, this may not be achieveable before 3.00 p.m.

Departure

Hotel bedrooms must be vacated before 12.00 p.m.

BOOKING FOR INDIVIDUAL

If you need to cancel, you must do it one week in advance. Less than a week, your room will be charged on the card. However if we manage to rebook, there will be no charge.

FOR GROUPS

A cancellation 30 days before reservation, the 50% deposit will be non refundable . A cancellation 14 days before arrival, we will refund if rooms are rebooked. All rooms not rebooked will not be refunded.  

FOR EXCLUSIVITY OF THE CHATEAU

A cancellation 90 days before your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded. A cancellation 60 days before your reservation, the 1st deposit is non refundable, the second deposit will be reumburse depending on the rooms we can rebook.
