If you wish, you can dine at small individual tables by candlelight in the dining-room. Every night we set up the drawing and dining rooms with music and candles, so that you can appreciate the tranquility of the place.
Please make your way to the drawing room or the park at around 8 pm for an aperitif with tonight’s other dinner guests. Diner will be served around 8.30pm.
We offer an original menu prepared on the premises, using vegetables from our kitchen garden or local farm produce. The cuisine is traditional yet creative, Mediterranean and Norman.

Dinner is available on request and includes a five course meal, aperitif, and coffee. If you have a special diet please let us know in advance, we will adapt the menu.
Pastilla à la confiture de lait
A lot of our recipes are from Charles-Henry’s cooking books “les jules aux fourneaux” (Guys behind the stove) and “Un plat c’est tout” (One dish does it all) published by Albin Michel.
At the end of diner, coffee and herb teas are served in the drawing room. A tray of different liqueur we also be there.

We usually organise ”a table d’hôtes“ with a special child menu before adults dinner (around 19.15) in order to allow the parents and the other guests to have a peaceful dinner. If you wish, we have a baby monitor that you can use.
