Arrival

we will do everything possible to ensure that your bedroom is ready as early as possible. However, this may not be achieveable before 2.30 p.m.

Departure

Hotel bedrooms must be vacated before 12.00 p.m.

Deposit

Bookings are considered firm when given a credit card number or a 30% deposit of your sojourn.

Cancellation

One month : no penalty
2 weeks before : 30% penalty
3 days before : 100% penalty

In the event of an interrupted stay, if departure is notified 72 hours prior to the anticipated date of leaving, the hotel bill will be the equivalent of one night as a compensation.
